When planning large-scale ICF projects, there are many factors to take into account before getting started. Over the years, we have developed an extensive pre-planning phase we like to call a “Tight Takeoff.” During this phase we complete the entire build in a 3D, virtual environment to ensure we can deliver on budget and on time. Because our background is working with regional general contractors on large-scale projects, we understand the communication, expectations, and needs of a large ICF project. Our vast experience in bracing, hoisting, and scaffolding along with our proprietary crank up scaffolding systems allows for predictable, consistent outcomes, even on projects with walls up to 60’.
