Heath Holdaway – President/Owner
As President and owner, Heath Holdaway is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategic plan and managing the leadership of the company operations. Heath has over twenty-five years’ experience in masonry construction and has been with IMS Masonry since 1998 and an owner since 2004.
Suzanne Carter – Director of Finance and HR
In September 2003, Suzanne was hired by IMS Masonry, Inc. and has been a valuable member of the team ever since. She is responsible for the overall financial management of the company and also oversees human resources.
Odell Fowles – Director of Risk Management
Odell already had over 10 years of experience in the masonry field before joining the IMS Masonry team in 2007. His background is diverse and extensive in production, construction, management, process improvement, customer service, training, and safety.
Nick Wilson – Lead Estimator
Nick is a third generation mason and had 16 years of masonry experience before joining the IMS team in 2009 as an estimator. Nick started as a laborer and before joining the union as an apprentice mason, worked throughout California and Washington State. Since then, he has worked his way up to a project foreman and has been a masonry estimator for the last 7 years.
Mike DeVries – Transportation and Equipment Manager
Hoping to apply his skills to a diverse range of logistical scenarios, Michael joined IMS in 2008. His extensive transportation expertise and equipment knowledge has assisted in creating a well organized and effective asset management system.
John Kunz – Project Manager
John Kunz, Project Manager for IMS Masonry Inc. John has been in the Architectural Cladding business for thirty five years, few men have had more diverse experiences than John. He started his apprenticeship in 1975 working for a residential contractor doing interior walls, floors, counter tops, exterior walls and planters.
Joseph Tolboe – Project Manager
Joey has been a project manager at IMS since 2010. He is the fifth generation in a family of general contractors. Growing up in the industry he has developed a understanding and appreciation of all the phases of construction from grunt labor to highly technical schedules and budgets. With a background in concrete and general contracting he brings a skill-set conducive to the diverse range of products and services that IMS offers.
